Agentic workflows, daily
I run agentic AI processes as a core part of how I work — Claude Code, MCP servers, parallel agents, structured planning. StillMind and HabitCycles were both shipped this way: faster, with the quality bar held. I know where AI compounds the work and where craft still has to.

The way I show up
Remote-first since 2016, based in Budapest on Central European Time. I work in deep-focus blocks around school runs and family dinners — the schedule that keeps me sane is also the one that produces my best work. Async by default; calls when they're the right tool.
I prefer to ship and learn over plan and posture. Agentic AI is part of how I do that — I use Claude Code and MCP-driven workflows daily to compress the loop between idea, prototype, and shipped feature without dropping the quality bar. That's how StillMind and HabitCycles both got out the door alongside a full-time role.
I write a lot (specs, briefs, retros, this site) because writing is how I think. I push back when I think the team's wrong, and I change my mind in public when the data says I should. Tools matter. Words matter. So does the database schema. Quality compounds; shortcuts don't.

Where are you based?
Budapest, Hungary. Have been since 2016. CET timezone, English-speaking, working remote since day one.
Open to relocation?
Settled here with my family — two young kids — so relocation isn't on the table. Happy to travel for offsites and key moments.
Full-time or contract?
Open to both. Full-time senior PM role is the default expectation; fractional and advisory engagements are a fit if the work is right.
When can you start?
August 2026, give or take. I'm happy to start conversations and discovery work earlier.
What kind of company is the right fit?
Small to mid-size product teams where the PM voice carries weight. B2C consumer products, ideally with AI in the build. Mission > metrics.
