Senior Product Manager and AI Builder. Developer turned product manager, now building with AI: a mix that lets me ship products to users end-to-end, on my own or inside a team, and build the systems, workflows, and tools that let a whole team do the same with less manual work. My experience covers the full product development lifecycle, including monetisation, in both B2C and B2B, for products built inside companies and ones I've launched solo, over more than ten years of remote work.

Own the full product development lifecycle, leading the growth, high-risk, and technical initiatives on the roadmap: work that demands strong cross-functional alignment, an analytical, evidence-led approach, and agile strategies that de-risk big bets before they ship. Partner closely with the Head of Product and CTO, working alongside a squad of seven.

• Built the internal AI agent the product team uses and extends to surface emerging feedback themes, flag app issues, and pressure-test what to build, wiring Jira, GrowthBook, RevenueCat, and Amplitude together through custom skills and integrations.
• Pioneered AI adoption across the company, winning over sceptics from the ground up with working tools and prototypes, and becoming the first non-engineer on the team to ship production code.
• Reversed declining revenue in one quarter, then sustained 3+ years of double-digit ARPU growth.
• Launched a high-risk linear learning mode, replacing the "Netflix wall" navigation: +16.3% purchase conversion.
• Redesigned the core spaced-repetition algorithm: +15.6% engagement, +10% D30 retention, zero UI changes.
